Adopting a popular, easy-to-use form factor, the NanLite Forza 200 LED Monolight has a daylight colour temperature of 5600K with a high CRI/TLCI of 98/95 indicating advanced accuracy in colour rendition. The 30 x 21 x 11 cm fixture weighs just 1.7 kg, making it a welcome addition to your kit, while its reflector allows it to output 34,890 lux at 3m.
The Forza 200 is cooled by a quiet fan that can be turned off - a real asset in sound-sensitive environments. It's also dimmable from 0 to 100% and while you can adjust the light intensity locally on the fixture, you can also do it remotely from a console via DMX, or wirelessly from an optional transmitter thanks to the head's built-in 2.4 GHz technology. Another great feature is its 11 special effects, including INT Loop, Flash, Pulse, Storm, TV, Paparazzi, Candle/Fire, Bad Bulb, Fireworks, Explosion, and Welding.
Another benefit is the Forza 200's AC/DC power options. The light is ready for worldwide use thanks to its 110 to 240 VAC power supply, but it can also run on optional 14.8V V-mount batteries when the mains current is unavailable. The Forza 200 ships with a yoke and 5/8" receiver that accepts industry-standard light stands.
With its included precision-designed reflector, the light is capable of emitting an impressive 34,890 lux at 5600K. The Forza 200 has a CRI rating of 98 and a TLCI average of 97, ensuring consistently in colour rendition.
The control unit is separate from the fixture head, greatly reducing the weight of the head without limiting output power. With the included light stand clamp it is easy to mount the control unit or have it freestanding. The Forza 200 has intuitive onboard controls or can be wirelessly controlled via 2.4 GHz or DMX.
At the touch of a button, you can simulate 11 different practical lighting effects - INT Loop, Flash, Pulse, Storm, TV, Paparazzi, Candle/Fire, Bad Bulb, Fireworks, Explosion, and Welding. All of these are designed to enhance your work and save you time creating complex lighting scenarios.
The Forza 200's mount allows you to use all Forza 200 modifiers. An optional Bowens adapter will allow you to attach standard Bowens modifiers making the Forza compatible with a massive selection of light-shapers, including but not limited to, the NanLites line of softboxes and umbrellas.
Optimized for use in the studio or on location, the Forza 200 can run with either the included AC adapter or an optional V-mount battery. This allows you to operate the fixture in any location regardless of power availability.
A quiet, controllable can be turned off in sound-sensitive situations and contributes to the COB LED's 60,000 hours lifetime rating.
The Forza 200 has a USB port to support firmware updates, which keeps the light open to future possibilities.
