Laowa Argus 35mm f/0.95 FF inherits the internal focusing characteristics from the Argus 33mm f/0.95 CF APO. Enhanced stability maximizes the optical performance for both infinity focus and the minimum focusing distance. It also enables easier use of polarizers, petal-shaped lens hoods and matteboxes, plus helps prevents dust or ash getting into the lens.
The low focus breathing of the Laowa Argus 35mm f/0.95 FF is perfect for narrative filming by eliminating the distraction of changes in the angle of view when moving focus from one object to another. Along with the accurate focusing obtained by the 300° focus thread it makes for an ideal lens for videography.
