IN BODY IMAGE STABILIZATION

The EOS R7 includes 5-axis In Body Image Stabilization, which in conjunction with certain RF lenses, can have up to 8 stops of image stabilisation, allowing you to shoot handheld in dim light or while using slower shutter speeds.

The RF-S 18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM is equipped with a Centre Focus Macro function, that allows you to shoot even closer while using Manual Focus. When zoom is set between 18mm and 24mm, you can focus from distance of only 12cm, a magnification of 0.59x.

Stable images even with handheld shooting

Get up to 4.5 stops of Image Stabilisation in lens, and up to 7.0 stops with coordinated control Image Stabilisation when attached to a compatible R Series camera. This will assist with any camera shake and image blur when shooting hand-held in low light situations.
