EOFY FAQs 

What does “Preloved” mean? 
Preloved means great camera gear that’s had previous owners but has been fully tested, cleaned, and serviced by our in-house camera experts to ensure it performs just as it should. Every item is carefully inspected for functionality and reliability, so you can rent with confidence. 

How does rental work? 
You choose the item and rental term (6, 12, or 36 months), apply online, and once approved, we deliver it straight to your door. Monthly payments follow until your term ends - and you can apply to purchase the gear at any time. 

How long till I’m approved 
If all of the required documentation is submitted on application, the approval process takes 1-2 business days, however some applications may receive same day approval. 

Can I buy my rental? 
Yes. You can apply to purchase your item at any point during your rental period. If you wish to purchase, the pricing is separate and is calculated based on the products age. So as you rent the goods, the price will decrease as the goods age and decrease in value. If you look on our website under the ‘add to cart’ button it says ‘apply to purchase pricing’. This confirms the purchase cost at different stages in the agreement. 

What about insurance? 
We offer an optional protection plan with most of our gear. Our protection plan is different from insurance and doesn’t cover every eventuality. It does protect you from accidental damage, fire and theft in Australia. Our Customer Service team can provide you with more details and assist if you have any questions. Additionally, we recommend checking with your own insurance company, as your existing contents insurance may already extend coverage to your rentals. 

What’s excluded from this offer? 
This sale excludes Open Box items. The 30% discount only applies to Preloved stock. 

Is stock limited? 
Yes - Preloved stock is limited and moves fast, especially during sale events like EOFY. We recommend locking in your gear early.
